Jason Surkan says: Part of a series on building a skiff. These boats are vernacular to Indigenous communities along the Churchill River in Northern Saskatchewan. They are purpose designed and vary slightly in each community as a response to the local size and character of the lake. We have a lot to be proud of in our communities, sometimes we just need to look. A big thanks to @j_rdyn for connecting me to this.
